Rhapsody Theater Ticket Holder Disclaimer
Rhapsody Theater requires attendees of all performances to have a ticket for admission. The ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers relating to any event at the Rhapsody Theater.
One entry per ticket. Unauthorized duplication of tickets will prevent admittance to the event.
Late seating is at the discretion of management, and it may not be available for certain programs and seating locations.
Artists, prices, and programs are subject to change.
We do not offer refunds for tickets sold. Exchanges are welcome.
Rhapsody Theater welcomes children five years of age and older. Some performances are open to children of all ages. All children, regardless of age, must have their own tickets for all performances.
Rhapsody Theater reserves the right to search bags for security reasons. Oversized bags are required to be checked at the coat check. Fur coats are not accepted at coat check.
By attending a Rhapsody Theater presentation, the ticket holder acknowledges and voluntarily agrees to comply with changing state and city public health guidelines. Ticket holders who do not properly observe such directives may not be permitted entry. If social distancing measures are required, due to public health regulations, seating assignments may be adjusted up to the time of the performance.
Rhapsody Theater reserves the right to record performances, including the audience, for future broadcast or promotion. Your attendance at this event shall be deemed consent and permission to use your image, as captured in photograph or on video, in connection with the promotion and marketing of the Rhapsody Theater and its related events.
