Cuban Jazz Meets Chamber Music

“Espirales” is a dynamic new quintet of Gold Medal Awarded Cuban musicians who perform new art music bridging jazz, classical, and Cuban popular music. Its members (Tania Haase, Olivia Rodríguez, Alejandro Aguiar, Jesús Estrada and Rodrigo García) have extensive national and international experience in multiple genres, giving “Espirales” a unique style in the panorama of current Cuban music. This year they have been featured at the prestigious “Cuban International Jazz Plaza Festival” and the “Havana Clásica Music Festival” among others. Their first tour of the USA will bring them to Boston, New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
